Since the Ritz started serving liquor, we've had a the opportunity to highlight some of the great drinkers of the silver screen. And now we celebrate the most lovable souse of them all: Charlie Chaplin's Little Tramp! At one time the most recognizable figure on earth, he still opens the door to our heart for blitzed hobos to stumble through. He was the original rambler. The misfit.
